Fabulous stay. So spacious, it felt like a luxury. Lovely staff, very helpful. We have the best stay and a short walk to KLCC and the Pavilion. Would definitely book again.

We had to move here from another not so favourable accommodation. The staff and amenities were excellent. Where it is situated is fantastic and in walking distance to both KL tower and the Petronas towers as well as lots of eating and shopping all within walking distance. Would highly recommend and thank you to the staff! :)

The staff were great, polite, and very friendly, and I have no complaints about the front desk service. However, the room was disappointing. It was much smaller than expected and had no view at all, even though we booked a room with a view. Also, we were told that check-in would be at 2 PM, but when we arrived, we were informed that the room was still being cleaned and had to wait until 3 PM. This was frustrating because the check-in time was clearly stated as 2 PM. Overall, the staff were wonderful, but the room did not match what we booked, and the check-in delay made the experience less enjoyable. I hope the property improves its room accuracy and check-in process for future guests.
