"Incredible, welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. They have worked hard to keep the property well maintained and quaint. The area is a bit old and run down but a close walk to Times Square area. The building feels secure because the lobby door remains locked at all times. Great outdoor sitting area. Extremely clean room, sheets and towels. No aircon remote in the room so it could get a bit too chilly at night without being able to adjust the temperature freely. Fantastic wifi. The other...

"Room is clean, hotel with great improvement, the only dislike thing is have to wait for 1 min for hot water, but other than that, room is cozy. Overall 9/10. "

"Location was good, however, the hotel was dated and underwhelming. It was not very clean and there were bugs (ant like in the rooms). This was a budget hotel so I recognize it is not a Hilton, however, I did expect a bit better. "

"Property is aged and needs a renovation. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast options are very limited and very busy. Its worth getting the executive rooms so you have the option of a private lounge breakfast and evening drinks/snacks. "

"Photos were misleading. Rooms very small. Had pillar in middle of room making it inconvenient to move around. AC didn't work well. Poorly maintained. Very dirty. Neighborhood not the nicest. "

"Less than 10 TV channels. Thin walls. They put me in a cheaper room than the one I paid for. Don't pay for breakfast if you are only 1 person. Front desk staff mostly unfriendly. Overall Ok, but I would not stay there again, as I did not enjoy my stay and thought it was poor value."
