"Hotel is under flight path from airport and close to a major rail line. But it is close to public transport, including a metro line. The Gulbenkian Museum is just over 10 minutes walk away. It is clean, with pleasant public areas. The buffet breakfast is varied, though I wished that the hot dishes were consistently hot. The staff were always helpful. The lifts were a pain. There are only two for a large building. And the buttons did not always illuminate when pressed. And you were never sure if...

"This property is good overall - stayed here twice in the space of a month so reviewing two different rooms. Nice lounge area however their service is not five star nor are the hotel amenities. It would pass off as a 4 star hotel. Otherwise it is a nice hotel overall - room has no utilities apart from a empty mini fridge; bathroom has some technical issues and not easy to use facilities as such - like no soap dish, water pressure really high - sprays everywhere, no proper slippers - they are made...
