A clean comfortable hotel, north of the main tourist areas but with the Parque metro station just a short walk from the hotel it was easy to get to all areas of Lisbon.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I'd stay at the same location again. We liked the breakfast and enjoyed their nice patio at the end of the day. The subway station is very close to the hotel and very convenient.

Room layout was nice with separated area between bed and sitting area. Espresso coffee machine was nice addition. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast buffet was excellent with large selection of cheeses. Highly recommend the orange juice they serve. I would like to have an omelet station but that's nitpicking. Breakfast is on rooftop and you can sit outside, which is great.

This is our second time at this hotel, we loved it several years ago, and we were very happy once again for my wife’s 60 birthday. Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful. Well situated from the airport and the metro, very nice restaurants. Went to a lovely restaurant called Bonjardim . All in all it was great.😊

This hotel was exceptional; beautifully clean throughout, modern decor & lovely rooms with air conditioning. The staff were all so friendly & helpful, they can’t do enough to make you feel welcome. We loved the terrace upstairs where we could unwind after a day out sightseeing too. The location is great, just round the corner to the metro, to take you three stops to the thick of all the shops & action.

All staff were attentive, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was comfortable, the bed being especially so. The surrounding area was quiet. The food and drink menus in the Leap Restaurant and Bar were ideal for us with very competitive prices. The location was just outside the main centre but within easy reach by an inexpensive taxi ride. Within easy walking distance of the hotel were a few restaurants, cafes and bars. Our favourite being Bono Cucina, an Italian Restaurant about one minute walk from the hotel entrance. My wife and I will definitely return to Lisbon and especially to this hotel.

Would stay here again. Staff brought us birthday cake & champagne to our room. We were surprised. They became like family. The food and drinks were excellent. Clean and spacious room. Very easy travel between cities and the airport, nice and easy shopping around the hotel, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance as well as the metro stations. We have used public transport and no issues. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
