The staff were so friendly and very helpful. Our room was very large and bright with extras like robes and slippers. We especially liked the vip service of wine and cheese delivered to our room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely stay, hotel clean and staff very friendly. Only minor issues no ordinary teabags all flavours, only 2 coffee pods had to buy from reception and they were delivered to your room. Staff very eager to clear breakfast tables our coffee and juice were cleared away while we were getting food. Overall great stay .

Staff were incredibly welcoming and so helpful during the whole stay. Every single one we interacted with were lovely. It was so close to transport links which was so useful and restaurants were within walking distance. Was a pretty good spot. Air conditioned rooms were nice as well.

Easily accessible by Metro. Wonderful staff, nice clean room and convenient restaurant. Breakfast buffet was was wonderful. Staff were terrific. The only complaint was the sewage smell emanating from the bathroom that they were unable to remedy. Otherwise stay was fantastic.

The hotel is very nice in a good location near the Parque subway stop. The staff is really outstanding. They are friendly and very knowledgeable. The breakfast is the best part of the stay. It was fresh every morning with many choices of fruit, quiche, drinks pastries and meat dishes. VIP Picoas is an excellent choice for travellers and tourists who need a place close to the centre of Lisbon
