"This was PERFECT for us. It's a great flat in a really good location. Nicely equipped. Ready with all the little things that make it convenient (laundry soap, toilet paper, salt and spices, TEA, etc. etc.). No need to go out and stock up on basics for a bare flat. Plenty of room and nice balcony. Ed was VERY easy to deal with and checked in to make certain everything was OK. My only criticism was a bit of a lack of cleanliness (crumbs in the sofa, dirty throw blanket for instance). Not serious,...

"The flat is a really lovely flat. It is comfortable the beds were comfortable. The second bedroom is a little small but it works for sleeping. It’s definitely a nice place. Tamara did a lovely job decorating her flat. I look for things like that. The only issue we had was with the washing machine. It takes forever to wash something and dry it other than that it was great."

"The owner's mum was kind enough to meet my boyfriend and I on arrival, acquainted us with the building and flat, and made sure we felt comfortable with everything upon her departure. The flat is roomy, with a lovely sofa, dining table, and TV in the main room, and a roomy bedroom with king bed and TV. WiFi provided as well. It was in the ideal location for a walk in any direction; for longer trips, it was very easy to call an Uber to arrive within a few minutes. Lovely pub one long block away...

"We had a perfect stay on this property. We traveled with our two older children, and everyone had their own space. The property was adorable! We were a five minute walk to the nearest bus stop and no more than 10 minutes to the tube station. There is a local pub right up the street. Great late night stop on the way back from a day exploring the city. The host was very attentive to any questions that we had."

"Communication with the team was excellent from booking to post departure - property was exactly what we needed, 2 adults and 2 young children (7&4) - property is a very short walk from Vauxhall over & underground from which the city is easily accessible. Tesco express closeby too for a wee coffee fix early doors too and any other goods you may need - in summary - would I book again? Yes, without doubt!"

"This is a perfect location - center of everything and backs up to Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace - could hear the changing of the guards drums in the morning out our window that close! The front desk was awesome and very helpful. Would highly recommend!"

"This is a nice apartment, close to some major spots in London. The place was clean, and the bed and foldout couch were very comfortable. Even though the staff is remote, they quickly answered our questions. The only issues we had were with the internet (which was very unreliable - and even the TV kept freezing because of it), and the door lock (which doesn't always work right). But we certainly would recommend this place. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Stayo Southbank! Having an entire apartment with all basic home amenities was super convenient. All the appliances worked well, the only thing missing were forms of cutlery. There were signs of a little wear and tear which is to be expected for a hotel but it was still a very comfortable and wonderful stay. I would definitely book a stay there again! "
