Great spot central to everything

Amazing location, and good size for London. I was staying here with just my two sons and we felt very safe in the area. Size was good for what we paid, and being in one of the rooms at the back it was very quiet, despite being so close to the hustle and bustle of Leicester Square. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is spot on, really close to Leicester Square. The property was clean and no issues but given the air con unit was a noisy portable one that you needed to have the patio door open for the hose to go outside sort of defeats the object.

Had the best stay here. The apartment was beautifully designed, perfect location where we could walk everywhere! The host was extremely attentive and friendly, helped us with anything we needed. Would highly recommend staying here and we will be back again. Wouldn’t have any complaints at all.

The hotel is in good location and clean. But WiFi is awful only the bed in first floor with normal signal while sofa as well as arc area signal really weak - no network id searchable. Their check-in time at 15:00 and check out 10:00am which is too early.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Very easy process to access the apartment only problem was the room was very hot and the air conditioning unit was very noisy and outlet pipe to it was broken … other than that we had no complaints.

No sign for location, quite an unwelcoming doorway.?stairs are scary, difficult entry code and keypad very small. Air can was not working at first, it was fixed on second day. Bed was comfortable and location was perfect.

Nice apartment, great location

This is a nice apartment, close to some major spots in London. The place was clean, and the bed and foldout couch were very comfortable. Even though the staff is remote, they quickly answered our questions. The only issues we had were with the internet (which was very unreliable - and even the TV kept freezing because of it), and the door lock (which doesn't always work right). But we certainly would recommend this place.

Clean, decent but climate control needed.

This had more space than expected for a studio and we were pleased, given what we needed for an overnight stay. However, the lack of sufficient air conditioning or comparable system was insufficient to sustain a good night's sleep.

The building entrance and stairway to upper floors was disappoing, but the room was neat, clean and well equipped for one week's stay. It is probably too warm for summer, due to not having wall or central air conditioning. For early June, though, it was excellent.

Great property only downside was the checking in process very confusing. I joined the other three couples trying to get into the rooms . Very frustrating but eventually got in.

The apt was clean and well kept. The location is like Times Square. Near everything and trains. Only issue we had was the pullout was painfully uncomfortable. Also, as Americans, we had some issues with the shower. How do you keep from soaking the bathroom after showering? Other than that, I would recommend.

Bed bugs

Great location for walking to attractions. Can be hear street noise sometimes lasting to 2 am. We had three rooms. Rooms-3,5 and 7. Room 7 is infested with bedbugs. Bitten numerous times and daughter-in-law had allergic reaction to bites. Ceiling cob- webs were visible.

We had a great five night stay. We were in room 6, which is at the top, up a LOT of stairs facing the back (stairs were a slight challenge with heavy luggage & after a long day). It is in a VERY busy area yet was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Laundry facilities on site were a plus. Location was perfect for us as first time visitors focused on the typical tourist attractions. Walking distance to many and very close to the subway to get to the others (& back & forth to airport). Many good food options close by and very close to Chinatown which was an unexpected perk for us. We had no need to communicate with the folks running the place (who are not on site), but email communication with them prior was good.

Sadly had bed bugs during my stay, which have come home with me making me very uncomfortable and will cost me lots of money to remove from my home! Seemed as though they didn't have a great process set up to deal with this, though they did move me to another room in the end after multiple phone calls.

Awful place. Bed soft and comfortable.No air con. The room was ridiculously hot. Electric fan provided was just noisy and ineffective. Studio situated on the top floor and access by stairs only. My biggest concern was that in the event of a fire on the lower floors there was is no secondary means of escape. 2 out of 10 at best!

Location location location!

The location cannot be beat! Our family of 4 was very comfortable in the family duplex for 5 nights in mid-April. The kitchenette was very nice to have. The washer/dryer combo washed but did not dry very well, so we ended up hanging our clothes around the room to dry. One of the beds was advertised as a king size bed, but it was actually a double bed. The Wi-Fi was also very spotty while we were there. Yes, the shower does not have a curtain and does get half of the bathroom wet, but it was manageable for us. All in all, given the price of hotels in the area, we thought this was a good deal, and we would definitely stay there again.

Great location in the heart of London

The location of the apartment is so convenient to Leicester Sq, Covent Garden, Trafalgar Sq, etc. You dont even need the tube, unless you want to. You can walk, so you get a great feel for how the areas fit together. We stayed in the Business Studio. Its small, and compact, but has everything you need. Might be a bit small for a week, but perfect for a few days. The apartment complex only has 7 apartments, and is surrounded by restaurants. Communication was also v.gd with Kara in the office via email, as its a self service check in, so no reception area. We also met the lady who was cleaning the apartments on the day we were leaving, and she was also v.friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

The place was perfectly located, clean, and had everything we needed. The bathroom is small but good enough for or needs. There are no elevators so plan to carry your luggage up the stairs. I used the washer/dryer machine. I wish they had instructions on how to use it. I had to Google the model to find it online. It washed my clothes perfectly (you need to bring your own detergent). I had to run the dryer twice for my socks to completely dry. Near the tube station that takes you directly to the airport.
