"My family of 4 (2 parents, 2 teenagers) came for parents weekend for our son at USMMA. The location is fantastic, Only 1 block from academy- walking to and from was a piece of cake. The overall property sadly is a 2. The property was not as described or pictured. It is listed as a bed and breakfast however, no breakfast was provided. The pictures showed a full size refrigerator with some counter space, and chairs around a table, however only a mini refrigerator was present, but not turned on...

"RUDE and UNFRIENDLY!!! Too unwelcoming AND FINICKY for hospitality. This AWFUL place is like a dorm for children or a PRISON CAMP. NOT for people who are there to see friends or family. No this no that no visitors and I'm watching you on CCTV. RIPPED ME OFF!!! Kept all my money even though I said I wasn't comfortable and cancelled. I could have understood if they kept some of my money but ALL??? And I didn't stay a day??? RIP OFF!!! MISERABLE!!! RUDE!!! DO NOT GO!!!!"

There was not a lot of sitting room for our group of 4, but that’s my fault for not realizing there wasn’t a living room. The kitchen is sparsely equipped, but we didn’t need much during our stay. We had a hard time finding the thermostat but the owner communicated quickly. Beds were super comfy. It was a unique property that had been recently redone. We would stay...
