"We were 11 people in this oasis. We appreciated the two floors and the two indoor parking spots. The property was very clean and well equipped. 2 showers and 3 restrooms were a must for 11. The property is about 15-20 minutes away by walk from North Elizabeth station. The train ride is about 30 minutes to NY Penn Station."

"I felt very lucky to find this affordable room for my work/play trip to NYC. It is located super conveniently to three different train lines and a whole host of bars, bodegas, and restaurants which for a 9-day stay, was a great perk. I also appreciated having access to a full kitchen with supplies to save a little from eating out constantly. "Nice property. Very quiet neighborhood and peaceful. Organized yet dusty. I had to clean the bathrooms. Smells old when walking in home. Only 1 tv (living room) but no service without signing in to own accounts (not good) no washer and dryer (not good) overall a good home though. Communication with host was excellent."

"Too much auto email. I was trying to contact before i arrived but was never able to get through. However, once we arrived,.there was a staff person 24/7 to assist us. All the lobby staff were grest."
