"This is a new property and mostly like a boutique hotel - just 5 geodesic domes (one room to each one). The staff, WHEN there is very attentive, but early morning, until about 9, no one, that we found, was there. we LOVED the location. Not on the beach, but by a pond/sometimes river. The rooms were fantastic. Bed comfortable but the sheets a bit low grade. Overall we would come back."

"La Jolla is a small condo complex sitting up above beach level. There are stairs that lead to the small, quaint beach where you can have food, massages, rent kayaks/paddle boards, or hire out a boat excursion. We love it here. The one restaurant on property is excellent but isn't open year round. You might have to navigate a couple flights of stairs depending on condo but they were working on extending the elevator when we were there last."

"The property was adequate, amazing views are available. The steepness of the location was a major factor for us as we are in our upper 60's with health issues. Having your own car would have helped us to get back up the mountain instead of using a taxi each time. "The unit was what we expected and signed up for. Host instructions were very thorough and it was easy to get into. Its located up a hill so if you dont want to carry bags you employ a wheel barrow or ATV taxi. Everything is close with wonderful restaurants and helpful friendly locals. It wouldn't be a kitchen I prefer to cook in as there are no condiments etc to use and the pots and pans are scratched up. The unit is decorated as the photos show but it is darker than it appears in the photos."

"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Xinalani. The rooms and public spaces were beautiful. The food was outstanding. The service was kind and attentive. I have been visiting Puerto Vallarta for years but this was the best trip. Being on a secluded private beach and watching all the wildlife was fantastic. The daily yoga class is not to be missed. Nearby is a fun walk to a waterfall, a small town to wander, and a longer hike to other beaches. "

"We stayed at the Hyatt Ziva twice, once as a newly wed couple and once as a family with one child and my wife’s parents, and both stays were phenomenal. There are plenty of activities for all tastes and the resort is only an7 minute Uber ride from the old town where there ar a lot more activities. But the best part was the staff, they were genuinely obsessed with making our trip as convenient and memorable as possible, and nobody was nice just to get a good tip. Really loved it!"

"CBB is conveniently located by the main pier. It’s away from the main town which makes it very quiet. The views are the best! The staff was incredibly helpful as well. "Walk in to a glass of champagne ( I don’t drink champagne and asked for a beer and got one). The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Srta Guterez at the concierge desk is incredible and an asset to the hotel. The food was good drinks are well made and served fast. The only knock I have is the bar in the Los Arcos area should be open to the public for drinks appetizers. It has the best view and to me seems underutilized."
