Great location! Right on the beach with a beautiful oceanside view. Food was excellent and service in most restaurants was superb. One restaurant stopped checking on us after they delivered our food, but that was only once and the food was so good we still went back to that restaurant. Highly recommend!

Not enough lounge chairs by the main pools, however everything was well managed and ran i will Defiantly be coming back.! Bathrooms are clean and well maintained restaurant food was amazing wish we had enough time and could have gone to them all.

Pretty much every room has an ocean view! It is so nice that this hotel has a secluded beach so it feels very private. It is nice that they have a buffet as well as other restaurants that you can sit and dine at.

Had a wonderful time, traveling with friends, felt incredibly safe, lots to do on the property with an idyllic beach! Loved the spa, beach yoga, pool power dance and foam party, delicious food, we loved every minute of our stay! This location is the BEST all-inclusive. We got a discounted upgrade to the swim up room and the staff was so so so friendly! Israel and Christian in particular were amazing and friendly with the drinks and service they provided!

Julio and Fernando the bartenders at the swim up bar at the main pool made grea6t drinks and the service was amazing with them. The negative, we felt pressured to attend a Hyatt sales pitch to become a Hyatt rewards member. Once the presentation was over they were to pushy for us to buy this service. other then that it was a great trip.

We upgraded our room when we arrive to a swim out. We probably should’ve complained at the beginning but decided not to, our room smelt so bad the entire time like fish and lake water. The restaurants were OK. Service was always wonderful. The main negative is that two out of our four person group got sick, two different nights. One from the Asian restaurant, one from the steakhouse. This forced us to buy Imodium and Pepto from the hotel pharmacy which ran right around $100.
