I recently stayed at Sunset Plaza in Puerto Vallarta and had a fantastic experience. Upon arrival, I was surprised with a free room upgrade that included a private tub on the balcony - perfect for relaxing while taking in the stunning ocean view. The room itself was new, clean, and very quiet, which made for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The food throughout the resort was excellent, with plenty of variety and great flavors, although the coffee didn’t quite hit the mark. That said, the staff more than made up for it with their warm and friendly service. Overall, a great stay in a beautiful setting.

My friend and i stayed for a week and it was honestly amazing. Mexico is beautiful but i believe it was the people the make it so beautiful. the workers were literally our family, they treated us with respect, kindness and compliments. This resort was small but everyone was friendly and catering. The staff was always on top of everything we needed during our trip. Food was really good. My room I got was in the new part of their building and was nice and clean and had a beautiful view.
