"Met up with a friend at this delightful guest house. Louise is an excellent host and was very informative about the area and where to visit. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful and set us up for the day. Room was clean and well presented and Louise thoughtfully gave us an extra heater as it was a chilly day. "The White House was easy to find, with parking outside. Our hosts were lovely, genial and very welcoming. Our ensuite room was warm, comfortable and homely. The complimentary welcome tray was the best I've ever seen with lovely homemade cake (huge slices!) 2 small bottles of wine and 2 bottles of water. The beds were in the firm category which suited my husband more than me. Our room was at the back of the house and was very peaceful at night time and the village seemed quiet the next...

"Great food and if you're staying they reserve a table for you in case you want to eat dinner there. Huge home cooked portions. There's nothing in the immediate vicinity so if you want quiet you'll find it, but Ledbury is a close drive away if you want small town local shops. I would stay again. "

The games room is helpful and reasonably well appointed although showing signs of being "well used" Whilst providing reasonable value for money, typically the kitchen could do with updating and providing a more comprehensive range of cooking utensils.
