"The major downside is the lack of parking if you arrive on a sunny day or at the weekend. Also a room on the ground floor is noisy because it’s beside the toilets and breakfast room. Got woken up Staff lovely and room was good but the shower is tiny and I am only 5”4 and 8st. If you are larger then you will struggle to fit in. "

"Our first impression, when we walked through the door never changed throughout our stay. The hotel reception area is bright, clean and has lovely decor, lots of seating areas, to relax and enjoy a drink, and friendly staff who welcomed us on arrival.We were booked in for 2 nights over the May bank holiday weekend and had booked a show at the Lowther Pavilion for one of the nights.
