It is directly behind the high street, with the local pubs, tea shop, restaurants and shops a brief walk away. The host was very friendly and accommodating. "We really enjoyed the boat and the area, was a peaceful and quiet space, especially after spending time in Central London. Transit made it very easy to go anywhere. Close to Kew Gardens, can walk to the Elizabeth Gate. A boat may not be for everyone, but we loved how unique it was and all the birds nearby. Mark was very helpful and accommodating as well."

"Really decent for what it was. It's super close to and in the middle of the city center for Reading so it was a lot easier to get places because it's also close to the freeways. There's a polish market right next door and bank which made it super easy to get stuff in a pinch. I wish the network was better because it was super laggy. Apartment is very accessible and secure with digital locks at the gate and front door. Overall I’d recommended staying here, but the only negative was the beds. "Good hotel - rooms are a little small, but more than adequate - bed was comfy - TV worked with a good selection of channels - Shower was very good - aircon didn’t work that well so it was a little warm overnight - good size gym with some good equipment - didn’t eat at the hotel but menu looked good - lots of parking spaces & reasonable rates - a little further out than the other hotels on Bath Road, but not an inconvenience (none of the Bath Rod hotels are in walking distance to the airport) - nice, big, bright lobby, although decor might not be to everyone’s taste - pool table, table tennis and Donkey Kong video game in the main lobby area - there’s a little on site snack bar / shop in the lobby - Moxy are part of the Marriott Group, so good standard of hotel & service "
