The property was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Pleasant, friendly and helpful concierge staff. Good walkable distance from Boston Park. Free easy parking on site. Quite pricey compared with local hotels but it would easily accommodate a family of two couples etc

We stayed close to Heathrow for an early flight. Perfect for us family of four. Comes with secure parking which was a massive plus. Kitchen well equipped for a long stay. Everything was clean. Beds were not the comfiest. But was ok for a night.

Safe secure parking. Spacious apartment. Friendly staff.The one small negative detail is that there are no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. 30 minute walk to nearest tube & 1 line straight to central london. 30 minute journey. 20 minute walk to brentford town centre. Plenty of very good restaurants.

The location was really good. There’s a bus station right out front that takes you to the underground. The heat only worked the first day and it’s was very cold. The drying rack was broken. Only half of the outlets worked and shower didn’t stay hot long enough for 4 people. There was also a window that would not close properly. The style of the place was very nice.

A great place to stay. About 1 hour from central London. The accommodation was clean and we had all we needed to enjoy our stay. However on both nights we were subject to unacceptable noise from incoming residents between 3am-6am.

Great value for money, with good transport links

Really good value for money! Very conveniently located with very good public transport links to central London. EV chargers in the car park actually do work once you look for name on the wallbox, not the location on the app (as they don’t exist there). We will certainly use this premises in the future again. Cleanliness in the car park and surroundings of the property was initially not great, however it was cleaned up after a few days, guess it was related to Christmas absences of staff.

After a night in a horrible hotel, this flat was amazing. It was exceptionally clean, beds were great, and kitchen had everything you could need. We walked over to a restaurant for dinner that was recommended in the listing’s app and then to a grocery store. There was a washer/dryer in the unit so we were able to catch up on some laundry. We would love to stay here again if the occasion presents itself.

A pleasant stay

Nice stay in this service apartment for 4nights. Easy access. The apartment is spacious and there is coffee machine provided. There are some utensils where you can cook your meal but no salt pepper or oil provided. Washing machine and free parking is a bonus. The service is within walking distance to train stations, there are buses around where you can easily get to London central. Tesco is not far away, just some minutes walk. Overall I think it is a nice place to stay.

Great option if location suits you

Spacious, clean, and updated apartment close to the storage unit I use. Def use again. There was a lot of comings and goings in the hall in the night but when I closed the bedroom door it eliminated a lot of the noise. Note that the 3pm checkin means your door code won't work until 3pm. That part confused me. Photos of apartments aren't necessarily representative. There's a lot of admin to get IN and OUT ... if location suits you then it's a great option overall.

The property is modern and more spacious than your typical hotel room. However, having spoken to the property representatives regarding the windows being unlocked and opening on its own upon entry, making the apartment cold (especially during the Winter) and been promised to send someone to check out the window/drop off but no-one visiting to resolve the issue.

Great studio apartments.

We needed somewhere at short notice for our adult family and dog as our other accommodation had let us down. The booking process was a bit of a pain with documents being sent but actually it all worked smoothly, the self check in was great with a keyless access code system. The rooms were fabulous with high end appliances and spotless with loads of space. The inclusion of parking was a massive bonus. It’s about 15 mins into Heathrow by car, 1 mile from a tube and 35 mins drive into central london. 30 min drive to Wembley stadium- all of which we needed. My only criticism is the outside spaces seem rather uncared for, dead birds, cigarette buts etc and with a little work they could be a real asset. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Always great & consistent.

I always find these apartments a great location for my work & with parking available even better. I arrived to a warm apartment but with a fan in the room & turned on, which was appreciated. The electric charging in the car park was not working so I was unable to charge my vehicle, I had this issue last time & noticed that no one else was charging. A suggestion of improvement would be to include which building you are in by talking about the car park, if you arrive by car it isn’t always obvious if you need to be entering from the top or bottom of the car park. I have experienced guests wandering aimlessly in the past for this reason. I still struggle to be clear (after circa 10 visits) to be clear on this point

Clean and spacious but there were problems

Clean, spacious and safe appartement. Could have been really good but had not sufficiently checked before our stay. The hairdryer was missing and the TV did not work (remote possibly needing new batteries). We had a reply after communicating this ( also a broken drawer ):" Thank you for reaching out (! !). You will not be held responsible" but no one brought hzirdryer or batteries for the next day ( 2 night stay). The oven and microwave took some time to work out - and we switched off the 'air connditioning ' in the bedrooms in sheer frustration as even following the indtructions in a downloaded manual didnt work. Everything thing looked lovely but not at all practical.

Clean, comfortable, and with a car park.

Good location and parking. Two underground stations about a mile in opposite directions. Brentford's a nice place for a drink and a few decent eateries.
