"The property is brand new. It is very well built. The rooms are large and have all the essentials one would need. The internet is very fast. "I had a few days in Cebu following vacation before working for a week and this was a good location. You are attached to a mall with various food options, a massage spa, and a movie theater. This was nice considering how hot it was outside. The room was nice although more seating would have been good as well as hand towels.
