The family room with 4 twin beds is good in size. The kitchenette with refrigerator, big plus. Separate shower and toilet A+. I only wish there were 4 chairs instead on just 2 and that the beddings were newer and white instead of gray. Overall, very good experience and reasonably priced. We stayed for 9 nights. Thank you Bayfront!

It was a nice hotel and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would certainly though ask ahead if they are planning their eco-friendly management because during my stay, there was a block that they had turned off the power for about five hours. This was a little inconvenient.

Massive room with comfortable bed brilliant staff. Only negative was about an hour late checking in. Breakfast was ok standard for Philippines.

I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The highlight of my stay was the all-you-can-eat hot breakfast, which offered a great variety of delicious options to start the day. Everything was fresh, well-stocked, and perfect for fueling up before heading out. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable furnishings that made it feel like a home away from home. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job of keeping everything tidy and organized throughout my stay.

Good hotel, value and location

Modern hotel with clean rooms, comfortable beds and good amenities. Hotel is not far from nightlife and bars. Shower is good with hot water and good water pressure.

Thought I booked at the other Bayfront location. So the location was not where we wanted. Hotel itself was nice. The breakfast greeter was a little snooty but perhaps that is her job.

Worst customer service ever said free breakfast here the hotel said no made us pay the customer service was terrible the hotel may have been 4 stars once now has seen better days 1st room was smelly dirty dusty we asked to moved it was better the 1st room all night you could hear the traffic they made us pay 1256 pesos for breakfast was supposed to be free it was ok but nothing to right home about will never stay here again I have stayed in Cebu many times this was the worst hotel experience better go to the quest, blue water the raddison bleu or waterfront never again here bade a complaint

Sooo dirty! Rooms weren’t ready and we came 3 hours after check in… pillow cases, sheets, floors and bathroom were so disgusting!! I’ve stayed in several 3 star hotels and motels but have never experienced this before. The receptionist said he’ll check if we could change rooms but didn’t do anything before his shift ended. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

The bed is hard and the aircon is very noisy . We requested for new towels , toilet paper & water but it took a long time before they delivered it to our room . We only stayed for one week and moved to another hotel . We will NEVER stay again in this hotel . Their hallway in going to our room is very dirty .

Showers do not have doors to keep the water from flooding tonthe rest of the toilet. You have to put a towel on the floor to prevent the water from going out of the shower area. There is no sitting area in the hotel lobby. The buffet is toonexpensicve qith too limited food and totally bad food. The staff are not properly trained. One staff stopped my daughter from meeting my visitor from going inside amd.telling her that he was afraid that she.mighr eat. The frontdesk won't give a bag left at the front desk from my errand boy becasue there was no stub. How could she get the stub when the staff who receive the bag did not give any. Restaurant is too mpisy during dinner becausenthey have a loud entertainer and the plaxe is too small. Villing system is obsolete. They will ask you to fill up and sign 3 copies of receipt ecerytime there is a bill

Breakfast buffet should not have artificial juices with sugar. They should be regular napkins not what looks like toilet paper. Eggs should not be fried in excess amount of oil. Otherwise, hotel was very nice, and the restaurant food was good.
