"Everything was great except the bathroom - it was really, really tiny with a sliding door that didn't quite close completely. There were also few places to hang wet towels, so they had to be replaced each day. The staff was terrific. "

The bar was quite extensive, and the bar team was also very good. My room was as expected, cozy. But actually had a room for a desk, which was something that I needed The hotel is right next to there was a private entrance to very good gym. Overall, really really good experience and I would definitely come back again"

"The hotel staff were very in active and really could not careless , The coffee machine was never working properly food trays always empty and it seemed a effort to replenish them for a complete breakfast the towel changed over no hand towels provided The shower leaked and kept us up all night "

"Really good location near M&S on Oxford Street, comfortable bed and clean room could do with repainting in some areas but managed a good night sleep. Near marble arch and Bond Street tube so great to get to O2 or covent Gardens ."
