We had the best stay at the Doubletree in Marble Arch! The hotel is in the perfect location (close to shops, restaurants, the best neighborhoods in London!), it’s lovely with a beautiful lobby, restaurant, and comfortable room. The staff at this hotel are superb! They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were so attentive to any needs we had, so friendly and welcoming - we miss our home away from home in London & will definitely be back!!

This property is my new favorite hotel in London. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. The rooms had ample space and great soaking tub, coffee maker and great housekeeping. The bartenders made the best passion fruit martinis. 10/10. Can’t wait to stay again.

Convenient location if you’re looking to explore London. Close to stops of Big Bus tour and major landmarks. The hotel is under construction, I didn’t like being on the first floor close to the street . The staff is great. No restaurants on site but plenty of restaurants nearby.

Cold Room but good value overall

Tight security on the door which I liked but the man watched our every move. Kept staring at us as we checked in. Quite strange. Anyway. Clean room, lovely bathroom, fresh towels etc. room was cold though and the bathroom radiator wasn’t on (it’s winter ) Breakfast was tasty. Good value and close to the tube station.
