"Easy to find, close to the main bus station. The area can be a bit dodgy later on in the day - drunks and people who have mental health issues. Check in can be completed online, bypasses admin at reception. Straight forward enough to do. I shared a female 10 form room and it was clean and comfortable. You can order drinks/food in. The bar downstairs or hang out. There was a live band but they kept starting and stopping which was a shame. The only annoying thing is the shower in the room only...

But I used earplugs, just seemed to be a lot of activity in the apartment block also, the bed was a bit lumpy but nothing I couldn't sleep on and through. "The proximity of the property to downtown Dublin is unbeatable. Being located between the Guinness Storehouse and the Temple Bar made walking a breeze. The parking was extremely secure and I felt comfortable leaving my rental car. My only issue was exiting the locked car park early in the morning. I was given a number to call if I left before 10am to open the gate. They were helpful, but it still took ~20 minutes before I could get out of the car park. "

"This was a good choice for a 1 night stay. If staying several nights in Dublin, I would probably go elsewhere. The location was very good: a short walk to the Liffey River and touristy section of Dublin. The immediate Area of LIVStudent Dublin was less touristy and had some good pubs (Cobblestones has good live music, Walsh's Pub had great atmosphere, bartenders, and friendly locals) and restaurants (Lavanda, Wuff). "It's very central location, though sketchy enough late at night.. like any major city Dublin despite its relaxed vibe has a drug problem and to be aware of your soroundings is important.. Take common sense care and you should enjoy your visit. I stayed for one night in a small single room ,with a sink in the room .. bed was comfortable , staff are very friendly, and despite that morning no hot water in shower. Dublin is now very expensive to visit and with some extra effort in maintenance...
