"This was a great little apartment close to everything."

"Outstanding overall! John was responsive prior to arriving. Check in was easy with a very nice welcome basket. Property was in very clean and in excellent condition. The pictures are representative of the layout, but the property has more space than it appears. Deck is large. Very comfortable for four adults. Location is good for walking or catching busses into all downtown and tourist areas. Local shopping for groceries and supplies is good. Restaurant in building is excellent."

"The end of a 10 day trip through Ireland spending the last 2.5 days in Dublin. Close to everything and had everything we needed. A little loud but we knew that going in and enjoyed the sounds of the city. Great communication and cleanliness. Recommend!"

"The property was clean, well-appointed, wonderfully bright, and spacious. Although it was not close to the downtown area of Dublin, the bus service was a 2 min walk and ran regularly which made for convenient transport to the major points of interest. It was also a very short walk to Tesco. Fiona was always quick to respond and was very accommodating."

"This property is perfect for a visit Centre Dublin. Easy walking distance to attractions.....easy bus trip to the airport (Dublin Express) and easy walking distance to the the train to other destinations (We visited Howth). Only a minor problem checking in (on our part opening the interior lockbox) but owners responded quickly to help us out"

"Great stay in Dublin. 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Centrally located not far from Temple University. Had a great visit. Some noise at night, just use ear plugs. Two cute balconies and full kitchen/living room. Great hotel alternative when you are traveling with teenagers! Loved having the extra space to relax between site-seeing. So happy they had blow dryers! Easy to find and the owner gave very detailed instructions. Highly recommend."

"While the apartment is very basic, it met all our needs and was in a great location to walk to most places in Dublin. It is just around the corner from the Guinness Storehouse and I loved that you could smell the barley roasting as you walked by. The host was waiting for us when we arrived and responded to our messages promptly."

There was an issue with the power company (small underground electrical issue) that caused a power outage. The staff was super communicative and gave us lots of options. "Terrific central location in Temple Bar. Earplugs thoughtfully provided as yes, it did get noisy at times. Very roomy, spacious and comfortable apartment with excellent facilities. Had a couple of minor gripes that needed fixing, but to be fair, these were responded to extremely rapidly and efficiently by the off site management who are available by phone 24/7 and very accommodating. Access is not ideal for anyone with mobility or sight issues, certainly not wheelchair accessible - but then...

"Accommodation was lovely and very central, near supermarkets. May not be suitable for families or female travellers due to the activities happening downstairs (casino and the corner shop, can get a bit rowdy at times). Only complaint within accommodation is the water pressure in the bathroom. Overall will recommend this accommodation!"

"Fantastic apartment which suited our party of 8 visit to Dublin to celebrate a 60th birthday! Only small criticism would be that there weren’t enough utensils/glassware and plates/mugs for a party of 8, so we ended up having to use glasses as mugs for our morning cuppa !! "

"I liked the fact that I was able to leave my laguage in their office for half a day free of charge after the check out. The staff is extremely helpful. The property is cosy and well equipped. I didn't like the fact that the office is quite far from the property but to be honest it is still a walking distance (half an hour). "
