Comfortable

Very comfortable place for 4 adults and 2 kids. Easy walking distance to the tram and a quiet area. It was a huge help that we could check in a little early.

Separate Check-in location was hardest part, but great stay after that. Good nearby parking option at national college of ireland. We loved the apt--spacious and quiet and good location. Would book again.

A Great Place to Stay

We loved the apartment we stayed in. It was clean and very well situated in the city center. The staff we dealt with were all very friendly and helpful. The only downside was having to check in at a different location and then going to the apartment.

The location was good, easy to walk to different areas. The apartment itself is a bit worn looking, the main bed was terrible very uncomfortable, the toilet didn’t flush, maybe 1 out every 4 flushes. First look the apartment appeared to be clean but looking deeper the floors were very dirty, bathroom was a bit grotty. The bedroom tv didn’t work and the fan had to be fixed A very disappointing stay for us

Clean property. Toilet is fussy. The lights were out in the bathroom so we had to use our phone flashlight. And the lift was broken so we had to carry our big suitcases up 6 flights of stairs. Good location.

Spacious quiet location for a family

The penthouse was a great size and had great views all around. Check-in was easy - since the apartment was ready early we were able to ask our cab driver to take us from check in to the actual apartment location. It was nice and quiet. A bit of a walk to get downtown but we did it multiple times with older kids and were fine. Closing blinds took a bit to figure out but they all worked by a button on the blinds plugin if the wall button didn’t work. We would definitely stay here again

Like other reviewers posted, I was only made aware after we booked that we'd have to pick up the keys and directions at a different location that was 20 minutes away. The apartment location is clean and I did not worry about our safety. The apartment itself is dated but I can overlook that. If you're like our family, we cook even on vacation. The kitchen was not equipped with pots/pans like we anticipated. It had 2 small pots that made cooking a little challenging. I certainly don't expect the same cookware, utensils, and cuttlery I have at home but if a full kitchen is advertised, I'd expect a little more. I also didn’t expect to have to furnish my own toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. There's a Tesco within walking distance which was a blessing.

Great stay, awesome location, uncomfortable beds

Apartment was nice as pictured. The washing machine did not have a drier as advertised which was disappointing. The living space was nice and roomy and beautiful. The location is excellent, with a LUAS right across the street you can be in downtown in less than 15 minutes and it’s 2 blocks from the main river with lots of restaurants around and bus options as well. The only issue that I has were the beds, they were extremely uncomfortable (5 beds and all very uncomfortable) for a 2 days stay you can live through it but we stayed 8 nights and my back was fried after our stay. Also, there were no instructions on how to use the stove and it took a while to figure out. The apartment can get very cold and it’s I think they have a cap on how much heat, overnight it gets really cold and the heather doesn’t turn back on until morning. Overall it was a nice stay, better beds will make this place perfect.

Amazing propert after having a nightmare through booking . Com Booked friday morning after a nightmare thursday night the agent was a bit confused as the original propert wasnt meant to be up to hire but went out of their way to find a place for us I cannot recommend this ketting agent enough I will definitely be booking again ☺️

The breaker kept popping so the bathroom light would not stay on when in need. Parking was not included nor discussed so it was unknown by us that we had to purchase a parking package u til the day we arrived. Then there were no parking spots available. We spent over $200 in parking to stay there.

Fantastic apartment which suited our party of 8 visit to Dublin to celebrate a 60th birthday! Only small criticism would be that there weren’t enough utensils/glassware and plates/mugs for a party of 8, so we ended up having to use glasses as mugs for our morning cuppa !!

Not receiving the email with instructions how to access the apartment led to an extended period of confusion. This was critical because I was unaware that parking had to be sorted out ahead of time. Everything else was fine

The property was spacious and had a shop beneath however you can hear EVERYTHING from the street when the windows are closed and it was very very noisy, especially during the night, there were people screaming, shouting, fighting, very loud music playing, this all went on until 5am and then at 6am a huge truck would arrive and make loads more noise
