The staff is great and there's plenty of small things they do to make your stay great. I wouldn't pay for the breakfast, especially if you're lactose intolerant like me, because it's milk and cereal, yogurts and grain, or a cold roll of bread with slices of ham and slices of cheese for 7,50 euros. They very nicely refunded me when i explained though and it's 5 minutes from Fegan's who is delicious with similar prices.
I had to change room in the last day of my stay and rooms giving out on the street are quieter than the ones giving on the court. There's no fridge or kitchen you can use to buy stuff at Tesco either.
It was a good stay overall, though, and the staff were really great.
