"The history of the property, especially the old style elevator, the amazing friendly and helpful staff, the rooftop bar and restaurant. The unique French style of the hotel, and our large suit. Only complaint is that I unfortunately did not stay longer due to a connecting flight the next morning. Definitely will stay there again when I am in Mexico City."

"Polished but incredibly friendly staff made the stay for us. Excellent waitress in the lobby restaurant, fast and friendly checkin, personable Caesar and door staff. The staff sent a bottle of champagne and cake for my partner’s birthday which was so special - thank you! Fantastic location. The hotel’s renovations are beautiful. The bed linens although clean were super stiff, and the only negative about the stay. 10/10 experience. "
