Room was in good condition, however the tv could not connect to Internet, wifi, Netflix, nothing. But the main thing was the fact that the hotel's main amenities (the pool) was unsanitary to enter since there was a very sexual type of party upstairs and the front desk did not notify this at all.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean and connected to a mall which is very convenient. Most of the staff was wonderful except for the lady that was at the time of our check in. She did not tell us anything about the hotel, except for our room numbers and wifi info. Nothing else. We didn’t know about breakfast, pool, dining options etc.

I love the Staff in this hotel everyone was wonderful and friendly! The lady at the front desk Yoku was extremely helpful. I used the restaurant for breakfast and lunch and room service. I truly enjoy the property and definitely I will come back 🙏
