"I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Zócalo Central! The service was amazing from beginning to end, and everyone made us feel so welcome. I especially loved the little café area and the rooftop dining—the views and atmosphere were beautiful. The location was perfect and made it so easy to walk to many of the historic sights, restaurants, and things we wanted to see. I had such a great experience and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Mexico City. Highly recommend!"

"The location is awesome! While it’s not a hotel with daily housekeeping, the cleaning staff was super friendly and happy to bring us extra towels and toilet paper when we asked. My main issue was the third bed—it’s a sofa bed that was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Since we paid for a room for three people, sleeping on that couch made for a few rough nights. Additionally, the photos online make the room look a bit newer and fancier than it actually is. Overall, though, it was a good stay. Expedia rates it a 9.4, but I’d give it a solid 8.5. It’s definitely worth the price, especially for first-time visitors, as everything is nearby, the neighborhood is safe, and the staff are incredibly nice and welcoming!"
