Top Mexico City Hotel Reviews

Galeria Plaza Reforma

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel was so nice and neat. Great spot to be in. Not too far from Roma Norte, great taco spots around. Staff was very helpful with our luggage and overall super accommodating and welcoming . Will definitely be back"

Histórico Central Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Location was great! Walking distance to everything in Histórico. Hotel was clean, friendly staff, and breakfast was great with many options. The added bonus was the coffee shop located inside the hotel, amazing variety of food and drinks. Great Mexican restaurant across from the hotel. We'll definitely stay here again"

Hotel Zócalo Central

8/10 Good

"The entire staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good surprise for us that breakfast was included with our stay. We ate there a couple of mornings and meals were good. Also, included with our stay were light snacks (quesadillas, pizza, paninis, muffins, coffee) and dos x 24 hrs a day. The rooms were a bit small but we didnt spend much time in our rooms other than to rest for short while and sleep. Raul, was really friendly, helpful and informative throughout our 7 day stay. The location of the hotel was great, it was around the corner from all the Dia De Los Muertos festivities. I will definitely be back and a stay at El Zocalo Central."

Fiesta Americana Reforma

10/10 Excellent

"Fiesta Americana has several simply outstanding characteristics. The first is location. It is, I would argue, about the best location in the city in terms of access to anywhere. It is right on the Paseo de la Reforma. Some of its best-known landmarks include the Ángel de la Independencia (Angel of Independence), the Diana Cazadora Fountain, and the Monumento a la Revolución nearby. The Soho House is right there. It is simple a perfect location. There is a Starbucks on the mvinfloor, restaurants everywhere. Perfect. Second, the staff and team are exceptional. Friendly and so helpful. Every team member says hello - it is really impressive. Mind you, this is a very Mexican hotel - so a few words in Spanish might be helpful. Lastly, it is an older hotel,. The facilities are a little worn in places. The carpets well used. The rooms are a little old. But the beds are amazing. The sheets amazing. And at the end of the day, a 10/10 bed is a triumphant way to end any day."

Hotel Embassy

10/10 Excellent

"La habitación tenía un área de jacuzzi (fuera de servicio ) , el problema es que tiene un traga luz que irradiaba luz del día desde el amanecer y no se podía descansar . Solicité me ayudaran a la 6 am para imprimir una hoja , la recepcionista me mandó a buscar un oficina externa, que ellos no ayudaban en eso ."
