A short walk from Paddington Station and a beautiful walk through Hyde Park to Royal Albert Hall. A small room with everything I needed.

We went to check in and were moved to the sister hotel (which we didn’t choose) down the road. For the price and claims that they’re 4 stars the bedrooms are tiny. The bed was tiny, bathroom very small and it felt very claustrophobic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful but the hotel not as advertised.

I was horrified when I saw this property. I broke my foot 3 days prior to traveling. Stairs. All stairs. There was an elevator but you still have to climb stairs to get to i and climb stairs when you got off. Bizarre old Building. The first room we went to was approx. 12x12 Called and told them this wasnt acceptable. They did change us the second night. That's when I was getting ready to call Expedia. Do yourselves a favor and take this property off your list. Horrible.
