"We were three women on our own. Alejandro, the doorman was amazing. He learned all three of our names and used them correctly whenever he saw us. He was extremely polite and helpful. Always asked permission before entering our rooms to help with something. Alejandro is a huge asset to this beautiful hotel. Another wonderful perk: we were given a separate key for a nice lounge with food and bathrooms before our rooms were ready and after checkout for us to have a place to use as needed all day. Very nice! Wish all hotels offered this! Have stayed here msny times over thr years and will continue to do so!"
