Nice staff, good area (if you need to be in that area, which is safe but dull) and decent accommodations. Clean rooms. Cons: the area is very noisy due to the elevated highway. Rooms are noisy, rooftop pool is noisy- the traffic never stops in that city. I left a five day stay after two days due to lack of sleep. The balconies face one another so you’re staring right into your neighbors room a few feet away. It’s fine, for a business stay but not a great choice for experiencing Mexico City or a real vacation.

Our family of four stayed here for a week, and we had a truly wonderful experience. We were able to check in early at 1 p.m., which was such a considerate gesture. The unit was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was absolutely amazing for a family of four, especially with a teenager! We also really enjoyed the breakfast, and the refreshment station in the lobby was a lovely touch. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Daniel, the concierge, who was incredibly attentive, courteous, and helpful. America at breakfast was also wonderful and made our mornings even more enjoyable. The location felt very safe and convenient, which gave us great peace of mind while traveling as a family. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would happily return. Highly recommended for families!

The hotel was lovely. The staff were all excellent. The breakfast every morning was great and very convenient. They had coffee, tea and water available around the clock in the lobby which was a great convenience. The hotel is located in a wonderful part of town. The rooms are large and have lots of amenities. I would recommend the hotel to families.
