Parking was incredibly easy, which made arrival and daily outings stress-free. The staff were cordial and professional, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay, which I really appreciated.
The only small issue was with the bathroom layout: the drawer didn’t stay closed, and it blocked the door from opening inward unless I reached in to shut it first. It was a minor inconvenience, but something that could easily be fixed.

Las instalaciones son impecables, elegantes y muy cómodas. El servicio fue simplemente excelente: profesional, amable y siempre atento a cada detalle. Me hicieron sentir realmente bienvenido y valorado como huésped.

"Cute hotel in Polanco. There’s a great rooftop for those nice evenings. The rooms are large and well decorated. Really modern. The bathroom is big too. Shower is nice but the water takes some time to warm up. You can get filtered water from the restaurant right downstairs. As others have mentioned, the doors aren’t really soundproof so at night can hear doors and people in the hallways. The hotel is relatively quiet but perhaps a bigger issue during high season. Nonetheless, the hotel is great, and front desk was also helpful. You can also borrow a large umbrella if needed. Overall great stay!"
