"This hotel was centrally located in the Tacubaya district within the Miguel Hildago borough. Very close to the Metro Line if you decide not to drive because of ALL the congestion in the heart of the city (Reforma Area). Also, it’s in a working class neighborhood with all the locals shops right outside your door (Food, Pharmacia, A local park, bakery, etc.). Very good pricing for a 3-star hotel with nice art work!"

"Everything was perfect"

"It is a really nice hotel. The staff was great. My only issue is that we had 4 rooms in the newly “renovated” section, and none of our rooms had hot water. The showers had lukewarm warm water. The location is excellent, at the restaurant, the breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had. Everything was amazing, except for the showers, and on a personal note, the water from the shower head came down from the ceiling, not the wall… and I found it uncomfortable."

"It was a nice stay overall. The staff was friendly, and the security guards were respectful, helpful, and welcoming. The area was also nice, with a few nearby restaurants to enjoy. My only concern was the cleanliness and housekeeping service. Although I used the sign provided to request that the room be cleaned, housekeeping did not always enter the room or provide service when requested. When the room was serviced, it seemed that only the trash was removed, while everything else remained mostly unchanged. For example, the toilet paper was running low but was not replaced, and fresh towels were not provided. I had placed one used towel on the floor expecting it to be replaced, but instead it appeared to have been folded and placed back. I noticed because I had accidentally left a makeup stain on it. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the friendliness of the staff, but I believe the housekeeping service and attention to cleanliness could be improved."
