"Beautiful hotel with warm, friendly and professional staff. We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel and staff. They had free a delicious continental breakfast with fresh fruits and juices daily and a breakfast buffet with more options at an additional price, both were great. Highly recommend the breakfast. The hotel was clean and well Maintained and the staff were very responsive. The manger came by and introduced himself while we were having breakfast and let us know that if we needed anything else we could certainly ask him or the staff. Certainly will stay again when we visit Mexico City. Location was quite convenient."

"I had an excellent stay at Reforma Chapultepec. The location is one of its biggest highlights: close to Chapultepec Park, Paseo de la Reforma, museums, restaurants, cafés, and many of Mexico City’s most important areas. It is very convenient for both leisure and business travelers. The apartment was comfortable, clean, modern, and well equipped, with everything needed for a smooth stay. The building felt safe and well maintained, and the common areas made the experience even better. I also really appreciated the service and communication, which were clear, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, Reforma Chapultepec is a great option for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and reliable stay in Mexico City. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again."
