"Lamentablemente, la noche del 14 de diciembre hubo cerca una fiesta y fue difícil conciliar el sueño, pues todavía a las 4 de la mañana seguía el alboroto y la música.
La habitación no tiene calefacción, pero sí un calentador portátil. En época de frío hay que tomar esto en cuenta. "
"Loved my stay at Alfonsa. The room was so quiet, which is definitely a plus in Mexico City. The bed was also super comfy - also a plus - especially after touring around all day. "
"Great location across from Parque Mexico surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Wonderful and helpful staff. Loved that our room had a refrigerator, washer and dryer. Would definitely stay here again."
"It’s good but not luxury as advertised! At 306 CAN$ a night I expected more. The bed was really nice… pretty big apartment which I didn’t need as I was solo. The living carpet was dirt and needs to be changed. Also you could hear the neighbours. The staff was nice."

10/10 Excellent
"Excellent boutique hotel!! Staff very professional and nice!! I would definitely return!! "
"I had a great stay at this apartment/hotel in Mexico City. The location is fantastic—safe, vibrant, and close to everything I needed. Parking was incredibly easy, which made arrival and daily outings stress-free. The staff were cordial and professional, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay, which I really appreciated.
The only small issue was with the bathroom layout: the drawer didn’t stay closed, and it blocked the door from opening inward unless I reached in to shut it first. It was a minor inconvenience, but something that could easily be fixed.
Overall, I loved the place and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting CDMX."
"La transformación del edificio original en hotel boutique resultó más que adecuada y se realizó con acabados de primera en todas las áreas y una distribución conveniente para las necesidades actuales. Además, su ubicación en la Colonia Nápoles hace que te olvides de utilizar un auto para tu movilidad. Yo quedé satisfecho al cien por ciento."
"Excellent location across the WTC, close to many dining & shopping options, spacious, nice and clean rooms. Good breakfast and excellent service at property restaurant. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. I definitely will recommend the Isaaya Hotel Boutique.
