Really enjoyed staying here. Staff was friendly and attentive, the room is spacious and clean. Comfy bed. Blackout curtains. Access to an outdoor hot tub and washer/dryer. All around great place!

Would not recommend if you value safety, comfort, or a responsive host. The walls are incredibly thin, you can hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Our AC didn’t work, and despite reporting it, no one ever came to fix it. The bigger issue, was safety. There’s no security, and the front desk leaves at 6pm. Around 2am, we were woken up by loud banging and furniture moving. What made it worse was that we hadn’t seen any other guests in the building, so we genuinely didn’t know where it was coming from. We tried contacting management but got no response, which only added to the concern. We felt unsafe and barely slept. In the morning, the building manager, Rosa, finally responded. We explained everything and even shared a video of the noise continuing at 8am. Instead of looking into it, she dismissed our concerns and told us to leave, simply because we mentioned we had considered calling the police out of concern for our safety when no one responded overnight. She then escalated things by threatening to call the police on us, rather than trying to understand or resolve the situation. We missed a tour reso, and had to move hotels. We ended up staying elsewhere, which was actually cheaper and significantly better (ULIV, for those wondering). The refund process has also been frustrating and poorly handled. Rosa’s lack of responsiveness, rude behavior and basic concern for guest safety is alarming. Instead of working with us, we felt dismissed and blamed.
