They gave us complimentary drinks which they then tried to deny. I had to get the bar manager over to finally get it fixed. I also left my jacket behind accidentally and trying to get it back has been like trying to move heaven and earth. Unresponsive staff. "

"This hotel has excellent service. My kids got sick. They have a doctor you can call to get service. The nurse came within an hour, set up IVs and medication. The sheets were changed at 3 am. They have 24/7 cleaning service. Very grateful and pleased with all the attention. They have nurses that take your blood pressure on call since Mexico city is in high elevation. The restaurants were very good. I would certainly come back to this hotel. "
