The room was big, however the restroom was mold filled and very dirty. I asked for more towels and was told no since they had provided 2. The service was great, but when I did bring the towels and the bathroom to their attention they said they wouldn’t do anything.

The Bel-Air unique hotel has very comfortable rooms. Nicely updated. A lot of the controls in the room are controlled through a touch screen. The location is great if you are visiting the world trade center or anywhere in central Mexico city. There are lots of options for restaurants and entertainment around the hotel, even within the hotel. It's a great place for a little getaway to Mexico city.

My room was great. The entire hotel was unique restaurants within walking distance. We booked total of 6 rooms and some of our family had issues with AC not cooling and despite multiple complaints no resolution. Price is fair overall good.
