We got a nice big king bed room with jacuzzi. Hotel was steps away from the WTC were we would be working. Breakfast buffet was awesome, hotel even holds the Hard Cafe Restaurant in the lobby area, that's a plus. Bar was nice with nice music, perfect to enjoy some drinks.

There was a storm and the hotel had no water for one day after no electricity A/C or internet the staff was great during these 3 days they did the they could to accommodate us I think the management should give a little compensation too their customers who went through these true these inconvenience

This hotel needs better maintenance. The carpet in our room was stained in several places. The carpet is old and needs to be replaced. Also the bathroom looks old. The food at the restaurant was good and good service too. People at the reception were not always helpful in answering my questions.

Nice big suite. Clean hotel. Different shops and cafes nearby. Friendly staff. But. Sometimes elevators didn’t work, we were waiting for them for a long time. Difficult system with coupons for the breakfast. Not enough healthy food for breakfast. The shower only works with strong pressure. It wasn't always easy to open the blinds in the room.

Great stay at BelAir Unique! The location is fantastic — right by the World Trade Center, so easy access to restaurants, shopping, and getting around the city. The amenities exceeded expectations, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Rooms and common areas were spotless — you could tell the housekeeping team takes real pride in their work. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay here again on our next trip to Mexico City!

The best thing about this Hotel is that it is located in a good area where you can walk short distances to stores and restaurants. The bad thing was that the room was dirty.. dirty carpet (does not seem like they vacuumed between guests), some stains on “clean” sheets and the Shower had stains that appeared to be Mold.
