4/10 Poor

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Amenities
The property was clean, the rooms were big, and the staff was nice. Apart from that, the hotel was pretty disappointing. The breakfast was advertised as included, but was not. The jacuzzi and sauna were both out of order. This should have been mentioned on the booking site. Also, the gym was being renovated, so the makeshift gym in one of the guest rooms on the 4th floor was poorly lit and had very little workout equipment. Would not stay here again.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. Perfect ambiance, quiet, nice and clean rooms, my only complain will be the breakfast. Any hotel chain with a "complementary" breakfast would be better.

I enjoyed my two nights at this hotel. The bedding was good quality and clean, allowing for a relaxing rest. Although it is close to the bustling area, the windows are well soundproofed and I slept well. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in this area for business or leisure.

It's a very spacious place to stay with family. 2 rooms are very convenient and the family room is spacious too. Their weakness is the food and service at the restaurant. It's better to use uber eats and make yourself than use their service. On the other hand place is very clean and the location is very good and walkable.
