Comfortable and quiet room in a good location. A good option for a budget hotel stay in CDMX. Note that after 8pm entrance is from next to the Green Park Hotel, my Uber dropped me off at the other entrance which was closed and I had to find my own way to it.

First off, the staff were very nice and helpful. But our room was very noisy, with no sound proofing. We could hear everything going on in the hallway AND the lobby AND the street right outside our room. This was a pretty big issue when someone staying down the hall was very distressed and was escorted down the hall shouting at midnight. Very few functional power outlets. None of them were grounded plugs (3 hole) either. Room decor was very dated. Mold on the bathroom ceiling.

Hotel Park Villa is a beautiful, genteel hotel, perfectly located next to the Chapultepec Forest park, within walking distance of several great museums and restaurants. I spent a week there, having it as my base to exploring the city and the culture and plenty of nearby nature. The staff was particularly attentive and helpful. I asked a lot of questions of the front desk staff. Sofia and Cesar were so fantastic in this regard--thank you! I will definitely come back here again alone or with family. Thanks for a great experience!

Nice and close to Chapultepec Park and it's many attractions. Easy to get a cab or Uber if you don;t want to walk. Felt safe and clean in the area. Staff was helpful and friendly, but GUEST'S should know a little Spanish to help in communication.

Location, location, location.

Hotel is very conveniently located near Chapultepec park (castle, zoo, museums, bike rentals, TONS to do in the park). Interior is a bit dated but well kept, completely clean and serviceable. Great water pressure and hot water. Our room's two electrical outlets were old and wouldn't hold a plug in very well - but the staff was very helpful, friendly, and always available to help. Food at the restaurant was great. Hotel park villa is connected to the green park hotel, call directly for the cheapest rate.

Naomi was very pleasant and helpful, and her English was better than my Spanish so that was a definite plus. The hotel was nice and cozy and convenient to many nice restaurants, cafes, and bakeries, within a short but nice stroll. Shower had Plenty of water pressure and heated up quickly. Bed was Very hard, though. I don't like excessively hard beds, but if you do, then you'll be thrilled. I think I'll try to add some photos in Expedia.

Dirty, stale, and uncomfortable

I was looking forward to this day because of all the great reviews. But I was disappointed The room smelled stale and was dirty The bed was old and uncomfortable. On the plus side the restaurant is good and everything is homemade.

This is an old motel, but it's been reasonably updated and is well-maintained, and provides basic accomodations at a reasonable price. I didn't like the lack of laundry facilities - the only option was to use the extremely expensive drop-off service. There are no self-serve laundromats in the neighborhood, but nearby drop-off services are a tenth of the price. The bed was comfortable, with fresh linen in good condition. The shower has great water pressure. The TV is an old model with cable only (no smart features). I like this part of San Miguel Chapultepec. It's less touristy than Condesa, but still has lots of good restaurants, and it's safe. All in all it's a decent place at a decent price.

Area is nice and the look gives you hacienda vibes. But I would not stay again, unless changes are made. -Bed is VERY hard. Super stiff, wake up with aches -not ideal for vacation or after a long day of touring. A comfortable bed can go a LONG way. -Room composure is not ideal. Rest room is SO small. Worse than porter potties. Shower is small. - No amenities -ice, or water or small shampoo samples. -Also, there are only 2 plugs in the whole room and they are blocked by surrounding cases makes it hard to charge your phones.

Nice hotel in Chapultepec by parking great area

Location-amazong. Peaceful. Quiet. Right across from park. Great restaurants and bars and cages within walking distance Staff-front desk was good. But charged my card without permission and without running the card (used numbers from other reservation). Restaurant- staff was horrible. Wouldn't serve me room service because I had an accent and out me in hold for 15 minutes. One server asked me for tip because I only left him 10% in cash. Restaurant way overpriced Hotel- clean and comfortable. Traditional. I'm liked it.
