Hotel is absolutely great, spotless, great customer services, perfect location. I think for such an iconic location, they should have a great Mexican restaurant. I was travelling with a group of friends that was their first visit to Mexico and first thing we had to do is to look around for food. Would have loved to relax at the hotel for a bit, but I was not going to start the trip to Mexico with Italian food.

This hotel has all the amenities that you would want in a hotel. Daily bed changes and towel changes. My wife and child got sick while staying here and they took very good care of us. Brought us extra water and cleaned the room thoroughly. Also the location can’t be beat. This hotel is a meeting spot for most excursions such as tolontongo trip and Teotihuacan pyramid tour. If we come back to cdmx we will most likely stay here again. Very convenient, clean and accommodating in so many ways.
