"Room and breakfast were what I expected, kids loved the pool. What left an impression was I left my camera bag on the shuttle bud to old San Juan, the driver returned it to the desk, and the staff at the desk made sure it got back to me. Thank you!! - We stayed at five hotels on the island during our stay, the staff at this hotel were very helpful compared to some of the other hotels, especially the chain ones. "

"Love that it's family friendly. That was a plus. The buffet food was good. They have varies of food each day. You could order from the menu but be aware, not everything is available. I really did not like the maid service. I was there for 4 days and none of them actually came in and clean and even provide fresh clean towels daily and take out my trash. Reported it 3 times before the 2 times they actually came. It could been better. "

"The staff I encountered day or night were excellent. They really made the experience very pleasant. It is a great location for many walkable restaurants and the beach is a 20 minute walk or just rent a bike. The parking for your car is great with in/out privileges. "

"Perfect spot to be while on vacation! This hotel had it all the beautiful views, the pools, the ocean and the surrounding restaurants and shops. Good for the whole family, a group of friends or you and your plus one! The staffs at the pools and ocean was great, really appreciate them! Only thing was missing was a microwave in the room, and the front desk staffs could be more friendly! I will definitely be back! "
