The hotel has a very convenient location walking distance to Distrito and Convention Center. Breakfast is amazing and full of options. Staff is friendly. It has amenities like a nice swimming pool and gym. The room has microwave, a small refrigerator and space to work and study. I stayed for my bar exam and really recommend it.

Location was perfect to the cruise port and the T-Mobile District. Great bonus was the shuttle to old San Juan and the Beach. Room was clean and the breakfast was great. The only downfall was the pool was not maintained used the other Hyatt's pool and it was clean unlike the one at this location. I told the front desk about all the hair in the pool.

Any staff person we interacted with during our stay was friendly, helpful, and responsive. We enjoyed using the pool on site for a more quiet time and across the street for more to do. Loved that we could back and forth between both. The breakfast every day was a great spread.

The entire staff from Cordero down to all the attendants and cleaning staff, great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it to everyone that stays in San Juan , this place will be on my list for the next time I travel to San Juan.

I loved how easy it was to check in especially coming from a long flight it was super convenient and no stress. I wish there were more options for breakfast, the omelette station was inconsistent. The shuttle service was so great and the staff were so helpful definitely will be coming back, lovely stay!!

Super Nice Staff! Hotel is so clean and smells amazing. 5minute walk to Distrito Tmobile where are many many food and bar options and the Casino at the Sheraton where they have live music every night. Very affordable for the location it is! Beautiful view on the Bay side! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
