"A last minute trip change landed me in Dubrovnik and I couldn’t be happier. What a magical place, and my stay at Roko was a nice complement to my time there. The location couldn’t have been better to explore the Old City, access the port for trips out to Lukrom, etc. The caretaker was kind and efficient and, has been mentioned by others, the convenience of the discounted restaurant downstairs was a nice perk. I would stay again for sure."

"If I could give a higher rating I would. From start to finish, this was absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve had as far as accommodations go. The owner arranged transportation from the airport and was waiting for me upon arrival. The room….was phenomenal! Location was fantastic. A few steps into old town and minutes from everything you could want to see. The room was perfect, clean and very nice. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone planning a trip to Dubrovnik! "

"Ok so honest review. The apartment was beautiful and a good size. Great hot water and water pressure which can sometimes be an issue in old town. The lady at check in was super friendly and informative and getting in and out of the apartment was easy. You are literally in the middle of everything which brings me to the negative. Noisy all the time which is the trade off for being in the middle of everything. Noisy until late and noisy early in the am. The people above us were noisy as well all...

"We enjoyed our stay at villa Erna. The communication with the staff was excellent. They were very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was clean, spacious, modern, and equipped with all we needed. Villa is within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, and grocery shopping. The neighborhood is quiet. Dubrovnik is beautiful and our stay at villa Erna was amazing."

"The property is comfortable and in a great area - only a short walk to the beach, which is down the front steps. The beach is quite, secluded, away from the tourist hotspots but equally, if not, nicer. The hosts were lovely and very helpful."

"Professional service, delicious buffet breakfast, a beautiful pool and a beautiful beachside walking trail. Clean and nicely decorated apartment. Although we had a car, we didn't need it as the bus stop is nearby and the old town is a mere 15 minute ride away. Simply everything you need to rest with your family. :)"

"Apartment was within walkable distance to Pile Gate. Balcony was great for the view and to take in the sunshine. Apartment could do with a microwave and toaster and a bit more for cooking but we did not use it so no issues for us! we were able to check in earlier as we had an early flight which was much appreciated too! "This was one of my favorite places ever. The hosts are lovely people who know how to care for their guests. The apartment was so wonderful with a stunning view. It was such a pleasure to wake early to a beautiful sunrise over the Adriatic Sea. Lumbarda is a perfect small village with a lovely bay. Korcula is only 5 km away and is a historical treasure. We hope to return again for a longer visit."
