Excellent location and friendly staff. Great view from our room up 4 flights of stairs. Some maintenance needed - no shower door in the bathroom and water faucet drips. Still we were comfortable and found the hotel to be a good value. The breakfast provided was pretty terrible- the worst coffee.

Fantastic location in the Old City, so full of character and close to all the sites. Unfortunately let down somewhat by the communication (no one on the desk when we arrived, had to phone), the rooms and staff responsiveness (broken shower head which was never repaired), and the lack of any contact until the last day when they wanted to collect tourist tax

This is a centrally located property. We came during January and is slow season and may be this is the reason that no staff worked at the front desk. Make sure you communicate with the staff ahead of time of arrival. I also booked this hotel because it has luggage storage as i have a late afternoon flight.

The hotel is inside the wall and near all of the attractions and city buses. The room is good and price was attractive. It does not have an elevator (we had a room on 4th floor).

The property is lovely. Our room was the balcony suite (3rd floor room 5). Very happy with the room - kitchenette with everything we needed. Breakfast was good and delivered right to the room which we enjoyed out on our balcony. Only disappointment was something the hotel isn’t responsible for which was an absolutely annoying upstairs guest. They walked around their room (stomping) all hours of the night (stopped around 1AM) and started back up again at 4AM. Had I been more confident I would have gone up to the room and requested they stop but since the hotel front desk isn’t there in the evenings I wasn’t comfortable confronting another guest. Some reviewers complain that you must take steps, it’s a beautiful old building, steps weren’t that bad. The location cannot be beat!!!!
