We enjoyed our stay at villa Erna. The communication with the staff was excellent. They were very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was clean, spacious, modern, and equipped with all we needed. Villa is within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, and grocery shopping. The neighborhood is quiet. Dubrovnik is beautiful and our stay at villa Erna was amazing.

Vi var en gjeng på fire som reiste. Leiligheten vi fikk hadde ett bad med dusj og toalett samt et ekstra bad med bare toalett. Oppholdsrommet var stort og kjøkkenet hadde det du trengte. Til og med toastmaskin! De kom og tømte søppel hver dag og tok oppvasken, og de byttet håndklær om vi ønsket det. Bassenget var Ok, burde vært renset for blader. Det var kort vei til bussen som gikk til gamlebyen. Det var gåavstand til restauranter og strand.

Die FeWo liegt in einer fast ausschließlich touristisch genutzten Gegend Dubrovniks - ringsum befinden sich Appartmentkomplexe und Hotels. In der Nebensaison (Ende Mai) ist es dort recht ruhig, was wir sehr angenehm fanden. Fußläufig kann man schnell einen kleinen Supermarkt erreichen. Etwas weiter entfernt, aber dennoch per Pedes gut erreichbar, ist eine "Restaurant-Meile", wo ganz sicher jeder etwas findet. Wir können auch das Restaurant Solitudo, nur wenige Meter von "Erna" entfernt, empfehlen: netter Service, gutes Essen und faire Preise. Unser Blick vom Balkon richtete sich nach Dubrovnik-Gruz, dem Hafengebiet Dubrovniks, wo selbst in der Nebensaison bis zu 5 Kreuzfahrtschiffe täglich ein- und ausfahren. Spektakulär zu beobachten! Außerdem konnten wir vom Balkon aus fantastische Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. All das lässt auch kleine Mängel (fehlende Kaffeemaschine, Schwalbennest auf dem Balkon, Dusche mit kleinem Leck) verzeihen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch der fußläufig zu erreichende Strand. Er ist in der Nebensaison (Ende Mai) fast menschenleer und sehr sauber. Und definitiv eine Alternative zum Pool, auch wenn die Poolanlage sehr gepflegt ist. Nach einem Tag wieder in Deutschland vermissen wir bereits den Ausblick vom Balkon, den Strand und Dubrovnik insgesamt. Wer tagsüber unterwegs ist und nicht auf unnötig "Chichi" steht, für den ist diese moderat ausgestattete Wohnung in toller Umgebung und mit guter Betreuung durch den Gastgeber genau das richtige.

낮에 도착하였는데도 후런트에 아무도 없고 서비스는 전혀 없는 아파트였다. 주변에 아무것도 없고 시내로 가는 버스도 한참 나가야 탈수 있는 위치도 안 좋은 곳인데 가격이 좀 비싼것 같다.

It was very hard to find someone available at the front desk. By the time I was checking in, the person in charge was playing cards with friends while I spend more than five minutes waiting for someone to assist me. That person only moved after I called directly. Stairs might be a problem if carrying a lot of luggage. Wi-fi reception was extremely poor. Not close to the Old Town as other places. The housekeeping staff was lovely and attentive, even though they could not speak English. Room facilities are excellent.

Perfect location - everything needed within reach.

My 4-year old son and I had a lovely stay at Villa Erna. Positives include - Nice and clean apartment and swimming pool (which my son loved!). 10 minutes to the supermarket. 10 minutes to the beach/ nice beach club. 5 minutes to scenic walks with great views. 10 minutes walk to bus stop with frequent buses in and out of town. Quiet location far from the madding Old Town crowds. Alen communicated really well before our stay and he and his team were extremely friendly and welcoming. Alen arranged transport from the airport which was really convenient and was there to greet us when we arrived. Was also very helpful with any requests we had during our stay. Only suggestion: The towels could do with replacing. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Dubrovnik.

가격대비 괜찮은 곳입니다. 근처에 뷔페솔리튜도 라는 식당도 그렇구요. 위치가 올드시티랑은 좀 떨어져 있긴하지만, 근처에 작은 해변도 있고 좋습니다.

Muito satisfeito.

De maneira geral foi excelente. Pessoal do atendimento é atencioso, o quarto é amplo e bem equipado, fica próximo a um ponto de ônibus, tem um restaurante ao lado, bem próximo à praia de Copacabana e possui estacionamento.

Close to beach and bus line.

Disappointed that in the apartment we were in, #2, the Wifi would not work. At first we were told that the modem would have to be reset but then were told that there was nothing they could do. We were told the walls were too thick to get the signal and that we could use it out in the hall. Not ok. The hall and stairways leading from the parking garage were dark and crowded with old, broken furniture. The pool is in need of upgrading or at the very least, a good cleaning. We did not go in as it looked old and dirty.

Nice, clean apartment near good beaches and bars.

Sjarmerende familiedrevet hotell med særdeles hyggelig betjening. Ca 10 min gange til strender som var helt fantastiske med hvite steiner og krystallklart hav. 10-15 min med buss til Old city ned alle sine severdigheter. En herlig ferie på et herlig hotell.
