Perfect hotel and exactly what I was looking for. Easy access to bus lines which are excellent. Offered a great buffet breakfast. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and able to answer all my questions as I tried to navigate public transport. It's across the street from a free public beach that is beautiful. Pool and spa are lovely and they let me use the facilties after checking out early and while waiting for a late flight. Would stay here again.

It's time for a Reno !! Room was spacious never vaccumned and shorted towels. A rather pungent aroma on entering the lobby from cleaning fluid. Dinner buffet awful. Over all the stay was ok but attention to detail , room cleaning and condition need to be addressed

Nice beach hotel close to the old town

Located outside the old town but very close and right next to the beach, north of the city. Modern hotel with a complete spa. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools (with a few drinks, conveniently brought to us by a very friendly staff). The buffet-style restaurant was good.

Can't say enough good things!

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel! It is clean, comfortable, and beautiful! Because it is further from the old town of Dubrovnik, it is quiet and relaxed. There is both an indoor and outdoor pool, as well as an indoor jacuzzi. Our stay was absolutely lovely!

I was really happy with the Hotel Uvala. Check-in and check-out were swift, friendly and straightforward. Breakfast was lovely with lots of options, and the pool area was stunning with fantastic views. Being 100m from the beach was perfect, and the bus stop outside was so convenient. The only negative was that some of the towels in the room were dirty when we arrived, and the bathroom floor and bath could have been cleaner. That aside, everything else was brilliant. Thank you!

We had a nice stay but the staff service let it down a little. The room was very spacious and clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful! A lovely location and easily accessible routes into Dubrovnik Old Town. Our only complaint was that some staff members weren’t very welcoming and when we asked questions they seemed annoyed that we were asking and didn’t really want to help. Others were great!

It is not a 4 star hotel. It is a 3 star hotel with polite and very friendly staff. The manager and front desk staff were great, but the rest is disappointing. The hotel is overall dated, breakfast is very poor, the bed is very hard and my room was not cleaned when I arrived.

Really lovely hotel and great location. Hotel was clean, comfy and well looked after and our sea view was fantastic. Air con was also amazing! If I was to be really picky I would just say that the lunch/dinner service could have been better. We didn’t really know what we had to do or what was on offer, otherwise we would have used the restaurant more. Sunbeds also very limited but this didn’t bother us specifically as we were happy going down to the beach, but again, would've used the pool more if there was space available.

Hotel for what it is needs some updates. Simple things to elevate the experience. Shower was leaking all over the place and room was outdated and stained carpet and yellow caulking around the bathroom. For a spa place it was clean but no robes and staff while friendly was not registered and or trained in massage therapy. Walked away more sore and stiff then relaxed. Disappointing as main reason of staying at this hotel was for the spa experience. Staff was great and beyond friendly. Location is perfect and close walk to the sea and bus is a short trip to old town.

Positives The hotel is a great location No4 bus stops right outside every 15mins going into old town. Room was a great size, comfy bed, spacious. Complementary pool and beach towels are great. Lovely and clean all around. Supermarket at the bottom of the hill. Improvements Pillows are hard. Bathroom outdates the bedroom it’s has not been refurbed. Sea view on 2nd floor is blocked by the trees out the front from sister hotel vis, would go for 3rd or 4th floor next time. Breakfast offering is limited, and had to ask several times for the items to be refilled eg croissants, bacon, eggs, there should be more attention to detail from the kitchen staff. Breakfast service on the buffet bar was insufficient, fruit salad was tinned fruit, not fresh fruit!
