"The property is well taken care of and the staff was very helpful. Check in is 3pm and they are serious and will make you wait until check in time. During this process, you can eat and enjoy the property games, pool area, beach bar etc. The beach is extremely beautiful and the beach bar had basic items to eat, drinks and most days a DJ on the beach, water sports. Make sure to bring change to tip everyone because they are there to help you and make your vacation a plus. The Food was really good! Its just the same breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. After the 3rd day, I was ready to eat something different. The Food is always hot and fresh. They also have a pool bar and grill. The hotel is very very clean! My internet & TV was not working!! They fixed our TV over 5 times a DAY, until we gave up asking maintenace to fix it! The room was really large with an amazing balcony over looking the grounds. Please visit the piano bar at 6pm because Andre the singer and piano player will not disappoint you! I wish they had more activities near the pool during the day but at night they do have a live band at 8pm etc. The taxi's are cheap and the resort offer tours at the tour desk. Please...Please bring your own snacks, chips and candy with you because the gift shop is very expensive. A candy bar $7.00 or chips $10 dollars. Also bring your own and Advil etc. Over price is not the word! Over all you will have a great time and NO ATM on the property. Please bring cash to tip."
