"The Villa is perfect for a group, we loved the private pool. We were able to book different things easily, the communication was fast and they provided the things we requested such as a bbq and transfers. The only things we didn’t like was the noise outside from construction to the main house and the kitchen did not have a coffee maker that was functional. Overall I definitely recommend this place."

"Cook and staff are fabulous. House is a bit more dated than pictures indicate, but well maintained and excellent location in a quiet bay. Local activities are worth checking out. Our group is quite seasoned in our travels, and our trip to Sun Kissed was over Super Bowl weekend. There were challenges with the house internet, but staff made accommodations to make sure we saw the game and were well fed. A great time was had by all in for our group of ten!"

"It was a Great Location, 5 min walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful, with great snorkeling potential and has a very good restaurant. "The design and layout of the house was more impressive than we could imagine from the online photos. Arriving to have a butler and kitchen staff was unexpected also. Not having to cook or clean is truly a vacation. We saved so much with the kitchen staff rather than eating out every meal. We highly recommend this property and the excellent staff than comes with it."
