"This was a really beautiful hotel the only reason it doesnt get 5 stars is that the rooms were small and hot and we had to keep the window open all night and it was kinda in the middle of no where and not walking distance to downtown. Though accomedation in the city is very expensive, this was the cheapest option, and it was really worth it because it was beautiful and the common area was really fun to hang out in with a good bar and market across the street. So I would stay here again. "

"staff were excellent and extremely helpful and all spoke english really well. rooms were well cleaned and looked nice. the hostel is right next to a tram stop so you can get anywhere in the city pretty easily. hostel is 5 minute walk from place de la comedie which has great restaurants and there are some convenience shops nearby for snacks and drinks. rooms were a bit cramped for 6 person dorms and no air conditioning, only a small electric fan, so it can get extremely hot. bunk beds were...

"Ich versuche seit Tagen euch zu kontaktieren (Hotels.com) und bis jetzt kein Feedback bekommen!!!!! :( Wir sind zur Jugendherberge angekommen und der Zustand, Ort, Stimmung waren für uns gar nicht gut. "Nancy, the owner, provided top-shelf hospitality both through her facility and personally through her customer service! As a hostel, she really goes above and beyond, and Friendly Auberge would be a bargain at twice the price! Don't even get me started about how much I loved her fixed-price pilgrim menu in the restaurant! For me personally, her being an ex-pat American was hugely valuable as I cannot speak French."

"La Petite Auberge de Saint Sernin was a good, basic and convenient place to stay in the heart of the city center in Toulouse. Nice hot showers with good water pressure! Not the best I've stayed at but pretty good."
