Nice hotel with friendly staff located in central, very walk able area. Hotel has a good breakfast and lots of activities. Parking is available under building, but somewhat difficult to get to.

I was happy to find a hotel that could cater for my family and I. We are a family of 5 and being able to share one room was really importants Eklo gave us that option. What I didn’t like it’s the fact that the room didn’t have a fridge. Everything else was great. Thank you for an amazing stay .

Great location for catching an early train, and the staff was very friendly. Our 4-person room was well designed, though the ladders to the top beds were tricky to climb at night, and headroom underneath was a bit low. The backyard can be noisy in summer if your room faces it. Still, we'd happily stay again! Great value for the price.

Convenient to Montpellier train station

This is a hostel, but feels more like a hotel. We had a quad room for our 4-person family, and it was a bit small but normal for Europe. They had a nice restaurant in the lobby with good food, friendly staff, and a nice atmosphere. Also very convenient to the train station. Its good for 1 or 2 nights but I probably would not stay here longer than that.

Eklo Marseille was a fantastic start to our European adventure from Canada. We were warmly welcomed at check-in and even received a complimentary room upgrade—thank you! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Our room was clean, modern, and simply equipped. Our stay included breakfast during our two-night stay it was excellent. Thanks, Eklo! This property is across the street from the train station. Very walkable area, close to restaurants and shopping. This town has plenty of public transportation options. The room is very basic but very clean. The bed was comfortable. Fourth floor room had no shades or window coverings. I don’t know if all the rooms were this way. I adapted. I liked this hotel.

We stayed in a family room and it was very quiet. We never heard anyone while we were in our room. We didn't eat at the downstairs restaurant but it seemed like a popular hangout area for others. The staff was very warm and welcoming and held ours bags after check-out.

My room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly as well. The room’s space is very well used and cozy. The restaurant and patio downstairs also look amazing, but I didn’t have a chance to try it. You can also leave your luggage in storage after check out so it’s very helpful if you want to explore the city so more. I will definitely rebook here if I revisit Montpellier!

Stay here and you won’t regret

The Best hostel I have stayed in my life ! Very new and stylish hotel. Staff are very kind and nice, very professional and do assist us very well include housekeeping personnel. Curtain at the pod shut the light so I didn’t get disturbed by sharing with others at all. Linens are clean, bathroom are clean, staff are nice and I am very happy for the choice I made . I will come back !!thank you so much !

Das Wichtigste zuerst: das Personal war super, zuvorkommend und kompetent! Die Lage des Hotels ist außerdem ausgezeichnet und es sieht alles sauber aus. Wir haben kein Frühstück gebucht, deswegen kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Aber die ökologische Ausrichtung des Unternehmens hat hauptsächlich unehrlich und lieblos gewirkt. Ich stimme grundsätzlich zu, dass gerade im Hotelbusiness Vieles unnötig verschwenderisch ist und sinnvolle Einsparungen sehr gut möglich. Aber hier hat man mehr den Eindruck, dass das ein willkommener Anlass ist, um für jedes zusätzliche Minimum noch extra Geld zu verlangen: es gab nur Duschtücher, aber keine kleinen Handtücher. Dafür war nicht einmal genug Platz, um die vorhandenen Duschtücher zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Es hat im Zimmer auch ständig muffig und feucht gerochen. Beim Duschen wünscht man sich mit Gamification (QR Code für immer gleichen Song mit <5Min Länge), dass die Gäste kürzer duschen. Es gab aber nur einen fix montierten Duschkopf, den ich nicht optimal auf meine Größe einstellen kann. Auch das Waschbecken ist so klein, dass man nicht mal seine Trinkflasche darin auffüllen kann. (Die ökologischste Form des Trinkwasserkonsums.) Nucht einmal Gläser waren beim Waschbecken. Insgesamt alles Kleinigkeiten, aber sie stoßen so sauer auf, weil das Hotel so aggressiv mit dem Öko-Konzept wirbt, aber im Detail ist es in den Zimmern undurchdacht und lieblos umgesetzt.

Hotel impossible a trouvé, le gps vous amène par des endroits que on passe pas en voiture (que a pied) meme en forçant et apres avoir abîmé la voiture( pare-chocs et jantes)pour passé, on arrive devant des plots que ne se baissent pas, on appele l'hôtel pour avoir des informations comment se rendre mais pas de réponse juste une boite vocal automatique et a la fin on vous racroche au nez, 5 fois la meme chose, apres 2 heures d'attente j'ai finit par cherché autre hotel ( je cite IBIS avec plaisir) que mon trouvé une chambre pour passe la nuit, donc je payé et en plus on me remboursent pas,super l'hôtel, si vous voulez payé un chambre dhotel et dormir dans la voiture vous réserve ici

Hôtel confortable et très bien situé

Je suis ravie de mon séjour : chambre très confortable, au calme (pas de voisinage, la fenêtre donne sur un mur), bonne literie. J'ai apprécié le petit déjeuner (jus d'orange pas terrible mais excellentes confitures). Merci de m'avoir permis de bénéficier de la chambre à mon arrivée à 13h et de ne pas m'avoir fait payer la bagagerie. Je reviendrai sûrement.
