"Property is accordingly on what you pay for, but it can be more cleaner, room floor was dirty all around even after housekeeping went. Type of AC makes a lot of noise which on the bright side helps a little to attenuate outside noise, since it’s a “Motel” style hotel, people outside forget that they’re at a Hotel and talks and make a lot of noise while the premises of the Hotel, so you can hear their conversations, music on their cars etc. even you can hear housekeepers chitchatting early...

"Needs work on Shuttle but to Universal, times are not as schedule says, but a very nice christian lady that works there gave us a free ride and saved the hotel from getting a very negative review from my family and I."
